Versa won’t track workouts paths

My versa 2 doesn’t track any of my workouts paths.

Hi @TedWillett, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it doesn't track your workouts routes. Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Also, I'd like to share this help article which explains how you can track your workouts with your Versa 2.
