Versa won't turn on after factory reset

Hi, I couldn't get my daughters versa to sync with her new phone so I done a factory reset on the watch using the reset function in the settings, as soon as I pressed confirm on the reset, the screen went blank and won't turn on, the battery was fully charged when I done the reset and when I hold all 3 buttons in it occasionally comes up with 0% battery symbol. I've tried holding all 3 buttons for 3 mins and still nothing... 

Can anyone help, it's my daughters watch that she saved up to buy

@Cas982 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about your daughter's Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get it fixed before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your daughter's Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge the Fitbit Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
