Versa won't turn on after update

I updated my fully charged versa last night. It’s now 100% dead . Customer services have suggested all sorts . Holding various buttons etc but nothing is working, just a blank screen.
It was fine until the update and is now broken 😞  .

Fitbit are opening a case . 

Anyone else had this issue ?

My Versa screen was almost completely unresponsive for a couple of days.  Yesterday, I was working with customer service & ended up doing a factory reset a couple of times, which didn't help.  Overnight, the screen went completely blank.  Unit is fully charged & still tracks (syncs with app & updates).

The same thing happened to my Versa 2.  I had the docking plugged to a wall charger for days and it would never turn on.  I could not file for RMA because the device was just a few months past the manufacturer warranty, so I gave up on it.  One day, I plugged it to my computer and to my surprise, after several minutes, it activated.  Once it turned on, a massage displayed that it wasn't updated properly, so I mediately updated through my phone app.  It's been workings since but the battery doesn't even last a day.  Hope this works for you.
