Hello. My Versa screen went black while it still had at least 70% battery. I tried charging it. I tried the resets that I found here on the forum. I’m seeking other advice to fix it.

If you haven't done so yet, I recommend doing the following:

  1. Verify in your Fitbit app if your Versa is still syncing, if so, switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 
  2. Please confirm if you've restarted your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
