Versa won't turn on or charge

Just returned from.my holiday and my fitbit versa is totally dead and will not charge up at all. I have cleaned the back.of it and the charger but still nothing. I see the 0% when i press the right side button but then it goes off. I have also tried another charger but still no joy. Please help.

I'm facing the same issue and it's disappointing. When I spoke to the support team, that asked me to buy a new watch 😐
