Trouble started when my Versa started to stop tracking mid run. Then it wouldn’t charge and all I could get on the main screen was the Fitbit logo - could even turn it off. Now it is completely dead - black screen, won’t charge. Seems impossible to find info online about how to get it repaired?? Need help!

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
