Versa won't turn on or take a charge

My versa was working and the battery went dead. Trying to charge, cleaned connection and charging device and still wont charge.  Anybody else having this issue?

Hi @dhawkes , did you already try another USB port on your PC or a Wall Outlet? If not, do so. If that does not solve your problem, try restarting the Versa three times in a row (internal reset and if that also does not work, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Hope it's still under warranty, regards kuzibri
