My Versa will not turn on. I did the update yesterday and have an android phone. I went to restart my Versa watch cause notifications weren't coming thru and now watch wont turn back on. Any advice??

Same thing happened tp mine. Started Update then said RETRY and the Fitbit went blank. Now no display whatsoever. Called Customer Service and they will need to send me a new Versa.
