Hi
I am owning my Fitbit Versa for last 2 years. I was not using it regularly for last 8-9 months due to lockdown. While I put it to charging couple of days back, it charged & was working. However the battery drained very quickly. From 100% to 0% in just few hours.
After that I put it to charge again & since then its dead. No display (not even grey screen), no vibration, no sound... Nothing. It is a high end product offering from Fitbit & I was expecting it to last longer than just 2 years. Please see if I can get some help on this.

Hello there @neha_madaan, welcome to the Community Forums. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.
In order to solve this situation, please follow the steps below:
If the above steps don't work, at this point I recommend doing a factory reset on your Versa (before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account):
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
