My Fitbit stopped working (in the middle of the night, full battery). The lights on the back are flashing (one) orange. Please advise. Thanks in advance. Kim

My Fitbit versa won’t reset or hard reset. I’ve tried both and it won’t turn on. The battery died at work and drained super fast all of a sudden. What do I do? My Fitbit app says it’s charged. It’s also still vibrating when I get texts.
