Versa won't turn on

My less than 4 month old Versa just stopped working.  I noticed a few days ago that it seemed to be running down fast (down from 100% to 27% in one day).  Yesterday I notice the screen flashing a little.  This morning I noticed it doing the same and then it went blank.  It came on enough to show 0% by 10:30 am.  Tried the hard reset, but it would just come back on and go blank.   Thoughts?

@Coachintx Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since it's experiencing battery and display issues. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It also lists the restart process but you can skip it if you already tried it. Once you've followed the troubleshooting steps, check out if your Versa comes back to life.

Thank you for your help my friend @SunsetRunner!

See you guys later! 😀

Customer support was very helpful via an online chat.  Had me try several things, but finally determined it was "dead".  Within minutes I had an email and with just a few clicks, a new device was ordered and shipped this morning at no charge.  VERY impressed with the customer service and the backing of their product.
