This morning I synced my sleep from my Fitbit Versa, then went about my day. During a walk with my dog, I noticed that my Fitbit wasn’t showing anything on the screen and/or responding when I pressed any of the buttons on the sides. I assumed it was dead and put it on the charger. Hours of charging later, my Versa still won’t turn on. I held down the left and top right button to turn it on and nothing. Then, I tried holding down all three buttons to trigger the factory reset, but that did not work either. Is there anything else I could possibly do? Also, the heart rate LEDs on the back of my Fitbit are no longer lighting up, but I’ve only had this Versa for 10 months. Nothing has happened that would warrant it not working. Has anyone had any success with trying to return a broken Fitbit (I remember there being a one year warranty, but am not sure if that still applies)?
