Versa won't turn on

My Fitbit recently displayed a discolored screen but was still working. The color looked faded. I though maybe it had some moisture in it so put in a bag or dry rice overnight. Took it out and charged it and now will not come on at all. I’ve only had it for about 6 months and has never had any damage to it.

@MCavanagh it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on even after putting it in rice and charging it.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. Finally, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.

It is completely dead. It won’t come on.

I made a call to the number listed and they assisted me.
