Versa won’t turn on

My Versa died a couple of weeks ago (June 25th) while I was at work, so when I got home I plugged it up and left it charging overnight. The next morning it would not turn on, I tried holding down all three buttons to see if it would turn on and nothing has changed.

I had a similar situation. I charged my versa after getting off from wotk i put it on at night to track and see how much sleep i get as well as having a vibrating alarm to wake me up in the morning. Woke up the next morning it didn't go off. I when i tried to power it back on it wouldn't come on only the back light came in.the sensor wasnt3 blinking i contacted fit bit and they sent me a label it took them exactly 6 bussiness day to receive it now im waiting for them to confirm they received it so i can get a new one
