My Fitbit Versa doesn’t respond to anything! This morning i charged the battery untill 43% and now nothing works . Screen is black. Fitbit doesn’t vibrate when i put iT in the charger.

 

when i restart the Fitbit by pushing left and right under at the same time for 10 sec. Still nothing works.

@Saskia1991 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you've charged it and restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
