I purchased my versa April 2018, its has been great until today.
All was well, until I returned from aqua aerobics, versa updated exercises, but an hour later, the screen went blank. The pool was 1.2 metres, versa advised waterproof up to 50 mtr. Any advice on what to do?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Troubleshooting no help. Screen blank & black. Cannot turn on/off. Have left charging for 4 hours, no change. Any ideas how to fix?? Very disappointing, not an inexpensive watch. Supposed to be waterproof.

Mine did the exact same thing yesterday. I was in a 2ft deep kiddie pool with my kids. Work just fine until last night. I bought the extra warranty plan for the watch. Live chatted with some idiot this morning that had me try stuff I’ve already done. Told me I was S.O.L. I brought up the warranty plan I bought. They gave me an internet link and said I had to file a claim with these people. Oh that would be great except the link doesn’t work. I’m so pissed off. We’ve bought 3 watches now and this is pretty **ahem** horrible customer service for how much money we have dumped into these watches and accessories.
