Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Azumach.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa turned off and won't charge or turn on. I recommend following the troubleshooting steps including a restart from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If the issue still persists, I recommend doing a factory reset. Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. In order to do the factory reset, please do the following:

Best AnswerHello. I am having the same problem with my Fitbit. It just died on me today with over 50% charge on it. It won’t turn on or charge. I tried the above trouble shooting for these issues and nothing has worked. The screen is still black and it won’t connect to the app. Is there anything else I could try? I’ve also tried the trouble shooting in other posts as well. Nothing happens when I hold the buttons down. Thank you.
Best AnswerSame issue for me - I looked at my watch around dinner time and it was blank with no response to keybutton pushes. Looked at iPhone & it indicated 7000+ steps so it had been active all day. iPhone indicated trying to communicate unsuccessfully with the Versa. The battery showed over 60% charge this am.
I tried charging for a half hour and it started to get warm so I disconnected from the charger.
Any suggestions?
Best AnswerWhen I reached out to Fitbit support they told me that all they could do was give me a discount to buy a new one. If this seems to be happening to more Versas though it seems like it may not just be a random issue. I’m worried about buying another one and it having the same issue again.
