So my versa had died and the factory reset will not work at all. It is totally unresponsive.
It's only 3 months old.
What's going on Fitbit?

I have had the same problem. The replacement Versa that they sent me 1 month ago has died already. Fitbit refuses to replace or fix it. Horrible customer service - seems to be a defective item.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
@jane03 thank you for joining us in this thread. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa won't turn on either. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days starting from the date of first setup. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
