I had my Versa for just over a year and it died. I went through a major hassle and finallly was able to get it replaced. I have had my new Versa for about 1 month and it doesn't work. Fitbit will do nothing to help - I have purchased numerous Fitbits for my family and I am disgusted by this company. They do not stand by their products. Angelica the custormer service rep manager said replacements only have a 30 day warrenty. These things are not inexpensive - I feel cheated.

@jane03 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped turning on. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty.
