Versa won't turn on

My fitbit was fully charged and cut off and will not cut back on. I'm so upset as I need it. I use it as a tool while I'm doing therapy with students. I've tried all of the tips on here with no luck!

@jesseduperre welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen and charging issues that you experienced with your Versa, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them as advised @SunsetRunner.
