Versa won't turn on

Nothing happens when I press the button on the left side

I already charged the phone

Hi @Alfee 

 

Is this a new Fitbit Versa2?  You may need to charge it if so.  Did you at least try putting it on charge?!

In addition to the information that shared @GrubbyDuck, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Versa and see if it turns on when pressing the button.
