My Vera completely died. I could get use for days out of a charge and noticed it minimizing more and more. I went to charge it because I got a low battery notification, once I got it off the charger it was hot and would not turn back on.
What can be done?

Hi @Amtyoung , since the battery is getting hot, you can skip the restart procedure and call Customer Support asap. Regards kuzibri

@Amtyoung, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the battery issue that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email requesting some information. Please reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up accordingly.
