I went swimming with my Fitbit Versa on a few days ago and it hasn't turned on ever since. At first I thought the battery had died, but I've tried charging it and it won't turn on. Is there any way to fix it? It's supposed to be waterproof.

Hi @mewarner It sounds like the waterproofing failed on yours, unfortunately. I have flagged a moderator to come and help you.

Hi @mewarner. Welcome to the Forums. @NellyG, great to see you here and thanks for the heads up! I'm sorry for the delayed response.
@mewarner, thanks for letting me know about your Versa as well for trying to charge it. The Versa was designed to stand up to 50 meters when swimming however, since yours is having this behavior I'd recommend to try the following steps:
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
