My Versa wasn't syncing so I went into settings and shut it down to reset it. Now it won't power back on. When I hold the button, the screen stays black. Also doesn't light up when I put on my charger. It's only 8 months old. Any ideas?

Is your Versa able to charge when trying using a different USB port or when connecting to a usb wall charger?

I have exactly the same problem. Battery is 100% charged. No response to any button press.
Is there some special way to restart a non-responsive device?

After spending hours reading the forum, I found a solution that worked. I held the back key (on the left) and the bottom key on the right down until the Fitbit symbol showed, then let them go. It powered back up. Hopefully it stays on.

I am having the same exact issue. Tracker is 8 months old. Nothing is working.
