Fitbit Versa will not turn on. Held all three buttons down. Held bottoms buttons down. Still no power. Won’t power on.

@TonyMomon01, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have held the buttons.

 

I would like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
