I bought my versa November of 2018, today February 19 2020. My versa was at 68 percent battery my screen went black but the screen was light up, just black I tried pressing the button it shut off completely. I've tried plugging it in to charge and nothing not turning on lighting up nothing. Theres nothing wrong with my charger seeing that I charged it yesterday. I've only had it for a year and three months and of course it dies 3 months after the manufacturing warranty is up.

@Hacoleman97, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't turn on and won't take a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Many thanks for the response.

No, the watch does not vibrate when I put it on the charger because the
battery is completely depleted. There is no power in the watch at all.

I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps and there is definitely
nothing wrong with the charger.

Any more guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Kirsten
