Dear Fitbit community, My Fitbit hasn't been working for 5 days. It just died and never came back on. I have tried charging it, but no joy. I have tried holding onto the left and bottom right buttons at the same time for minutes on end and all three buttons too. Still no joy. Could someone please help?

@HAA, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
