Versa won't turn on

Can anyone help. My versa won't come on it is charging (I think) as it vibrates when I try to restart it but the screen is blank and has been for couple days. I uninsalled it and tried to re-install to maybe boost it into waking. Now I can't install it as the numbers are not appearing on it. Bought a new charger thinking it possibly could be that, still no joy!

I have tried to reset it many times it vibrates that is all

Mine is the same, put it on charge at ~10% and just have a blank screen. No vibration or any indication that it is charging.  Tried a couple of different chargers and plugging into laptop, but nothing.

I'm not sure what has happened to mine. It was working fine then it wasn't and hasn't since it went off. So I've emailed fitbit. I've tried resetting and resetting even uninsalled it in the hope it would force it awake, now I can't re-install 🤦‍:female_sign:
