Versa won't turn on.

Versa won't turn on after shut down. I did the restart because the display kept going back and forth to the fit bit logo and display. Restart did not correct the issue. Just started acting up after recent update.

My wife took matters into her own hands and purchased a Versa 2 for me.  I created a new account for the old versa and went through the whole process a couple more times to no avail. It dies at about 50 percent and it's out of warranty 18 months old. I guess the product is only good for a little over a year as this is my third Versa in a little over three years. Same thing update and then it dies?

I let it charge over night. in the morning it would not turn on, still no display.
Tried to restart by holding back button and lower button. Still nothing.

Held all three buttons for over a minute. Still no display or anything.
Then placed on charger and the fitbit logo displayed then I was able to get the display to come back up.
Put it on and nothing worked and green lights were not flashing. Just dead when off the charger. Then I tried to restart I got nothing. I had to place back on the charger to get a display.

On the charger with the display active I was able to get to set up and choose the factory reset. After reset that resolve the problem or so I thought.

Lasted about a 24 hrs because the next day it went to fitbit logo on the display and died again. The charge was 75%. I placed it on the charger for an hour and it's back up and running. 100% charge but I fear now it will die again at 75% of charge.
I did another restart procedure and it came back fine.

That was yesterday. Today its working fine so far and I am at 76%. The clock face is the original fitbit one I have not changed it.

Died again repeated the same process worked for a couple hours and now is dead. battery fully charged.

performed factory rest four times.  performed shut down twice. Clock face seems to be issue since update. I have only used Fitbit clock faces. When I place it on the charger the fitbit logo displays on and off. like its trying to do something. This is my second versa the last one died after an update a year and half ago and I had to buy a new one.

My device would not turn on after a full charing period and sutting down the device. I held the home button and lower button on my versa 2. The device booted up after 10 seconds of holding both buttons.

I'm having the exact same problem with my Versa. All of a sudden it just stopped working. It was 100% charged. . . .the screen simply went blank. Nothing I did helped. I tried to do a Live Chat and was instructed to clean off the contacts on the back of the watch and charging cradle. That did nothing. Then I was suddenly disconnected from the Live Chat and have not been able to get back on since. Very disappointed with the supposed "help"

So disappointing mine is going the same, died and not charging anymore, this is actually a replacement to the last one that went array! I’ve only had it four months at the most!
