Versa won't turn on

Well my Versa is dead.  No response from it.  For the last several days I have tried everything suggested to get to work.  It would work for a short time .  This morning I looked at it, the time read 10:50 when in reality it was 6:30 AM.  Then the screen went black and there has been no response from it.  I have tried everything.  It looks looks like I have to replace this thing.  I am truly upset.  I moved up to the Versa HR because of my heart and the ability to check my HR.  Unfortunately money doesn’t grow on trees here so I don’t know if I want to buy another Fitbit.  Mind you, I have owned many Fitbits upgrading each time.  Now I am thinking of going with something else.  Hey have been comfortable with Fitbits but that doesn’t always insure I am getting the best for my money.  So, does anyone have any suggestions.  I need a replacement today.

Hi @elflakey, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not turning on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried and let me know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
