Versa won't turn on

The screen on Versa had some black lines on it so I did a shutdown to see if that would help. Well, now it won't turn back on. I have tried charging and tried holding the back and bottom button with no luck. Any other suggestions?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
