Versa won't turn on

Hi my versa is not working properly. The screen will not turn on at all. All it does is sometimes if I press the left button faded flashing white streaks appear and then go away. When I get notifications on my phone though the Fitbit still vibrates just doesn’t turn on or anything. I tried pressing all three buttons to reset it but so far that’s not working because the screen isn’t doing anything.

In order for me to better assist you, please confirm if you've followed suggestions below:

1. Since your Versa seems to be syncing and vibrating, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process. 
2. Please confirm if you've restarted your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi I actually did try and change the face as I saw that on another persons suggestions but unfortunately it didn’t work. I did try and restart it and that didn’t seem to do anything either as the screen just does not turn on at all but the Fitbit still buzzes.
