For the last week my versa has not been able to switch on - even though it was fully charged. I have tried charging it again, and followed the steps I saw on other posts and on the Fitbit support page to press down the buttons to do a normal reset...and even the factory reset.
It will not respond at all. I will have had it two years in December, which does not feel very long to me! I do not have the receipt anymore, so not sure what I can do? But not very happy if I have to purchase a new one after not that long. Is there anywhere I can send it to get fixed?
Thanks!

Hello, two years seem good. If you didn’t purchase the extended warranty you may have to. Not sure if worth trying to repair.
My second replacement Versa (in almost two yrs) died this morning. Issues started the other day when the heart rate monitor stopped working and finally stopped working mid-water aerobics class.

Me and my ex bought them for each other so I don’t have the receipt /original warranty 🙈. Typical!
Is 2 years A good life span for a Fitbit? I’m tempted to buy a new one....
