Versa won’t turn on

This is the second time when my Fitbit has been on the charger and then I come back and it’s just completely dead and won’t turn on. The first time I was able to fix it I held down all three buttons for like two minutes and it turned back on.

This time though I’ve held down all three buttons for 3 minutes and I’ve tried holding the left and bottom right down for 10 seconds like the other forums say but nothing is working.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Following because I have the same problem. My heart rate lights are not on. Frustrating because the face said 100% (charged) before I took it off the charger now it’s dead?

I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you but I'm here to get you back on track. To move on with this, can you please let me know if you already tried the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post? Does your Versa vibrates when you start charging it or is it completely unresponsive?

Mine is doing the same. The last week or so, the screen on my Versa Lite would blink like crazy, I'd reset, it'd be fine. Today it would continuously vibrate for no reason draining the battery. I placed it on the charger all day. Now the screen is black, I've held down the button for over a minute and nothing. The green sensor lights were blinking still, but now no longer are.

Hello!

My Fitbit is completely unresponsive and does not vibrate when I put it on the charger and yes I tried to trouble shoot it following the other instructions

Yes I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in this forum. I have held down a combination of buttons with little results. I was able to get it up and running again once but after charging it again it’s playing up again. I have used different charging docks, cleaned the pins, kept charging etc. I checked the device is 100% charged but then says it’s 0%. Very frustrating. 
green lights are no longer flashing.
