My Fitbit just died, after finishing a charging had black screen and not responding.
Plugged in to pc and opened a faded screen. Menu malfunctioned and stuck while screen was fading to black.
tried hard reset but nothing happened, just vibrates with no sense!
What else can I do? Please help! 🙂

Thank you for the quick response!
The heart rate sensors are flashing when the screen gives response (though the quality is super low, for the screen when this is happenning and also top half of the screen sends data back), but after seconds the screen starts fading and goes total blank and the sensors stop working.
