Versa won’t turn on

My Versa was working perfectly fine but now it won’t turn on. I tried charging it and I tried using the buttons to reset it but the screen is still black.

Hi there, @IsabellaMancini @Henny007. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Smartwatches before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Since the restart you tried hasn't worked, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
