Versa won't turn on

My battery ran flat yesterday and versa went off. I put in charge, now the versa comes on but has total blank screen. Links with my phone, shows fully charged but nothing on the screen. I've  tried turning it on and off, the fitbit logo doesn't even show up when it resets

This seems to happen with the latest firmware update.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
