Versa won't vibrate when receiving text notifications

When i pull down on the screen on my watch i can see my messages but my watch doesn't vibrate when i get text or calls. Can anyone help me. I got this watch today. Thanks.

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.

In the meantime, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try turning off and turn on the notifications again. Finally, monitor your watch when receiving text notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.

I'm afraid that the L Stylo 4 is not added in the Supported devices list. This is the reason why the notifications feature may not work properly.
