Versa wont sync in challenges

Please help Fitbit Versa doesnt sync in the challenges. But syncs on the dashboard......

@celeste.veldman, welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your missing steps on your Challenges. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Make sure you have a strong internet connection and try between wifi and mobile data to sync your Versa. Also check that you don't have any manually logged activities as these won't reflect on the challenges. You can read more about challenges here.

I've tried everything, removed and reapplied the ap. Upgraded the ap
