My Versa zeroed our at some point today. I charged it this morning however I didn’t look at it when I took it off the charger so I don’t know exactly when it zeroed. It seems to be still tracking because when I sink it to the app it he numbers are going up. Everything on my screen says “0” except the time.

Hi, looks like a hardware problems, so contact Customer Support about this and ask for a battery test.

@Jmathews64 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear about your Versa not working as it should. Before you contact our support team like @SunsetRunner suggested I would like to know if you are using a third party clock face? If this is the case please change it to one designed by Fitbit and see if the issue persist. Also try restarting your Versa.

Let me know how it goes.

@AlvaroFitbit my clock face is a Fitbit one from the app. I have reset my Versa several times. Any other ideas I can try?

Today I had very similar issue with my Versa.. It zeroed active minutes in front of my eyes while syncyng with the app.. It was very weird, I had like 45 minutes there, and it synced as 0, then I looked at watch and it showed 0 active minutes. Steps, cals , floors and distnace stayed the same, just active minutes zeroed. The whole walk took me 74 minutes and Versa says I was active "only" 17 minutes.  The pictue was taken at home after I returned.

This has never happened before and I was wearing the watch as I always do, the hearth rate shows strange, though. The fitbit app in phone says I was 40 minutes in fat burn zone, the watch says only 28 minutes and this activity log from web also says 28 mintes...

it is just about 2 C, little over freezing point. And also I have updated fitbit app recently, could that be the root of the problem?
