Does anyone know which shops do fitbit repairs? Instead of sending it back to fitbit.

Hi @Tracey6691  there are no repair centers for these devices. If you're under warranty, they generally work with you on troubleshooting and if that doesn't help, they replace the pebble portion of the device. What's going on?
