will not charge.  Had for 2 years.  Never wet. Like every 2 years they go dead, why? Been in fitbit since 2012. Help?

Hi @Cheyennered10,

 

Are the contacts clean on both the charger and the device?  If they are, I would consider contacting Support and then asking for a battery test.  You can find the link at the bottom of the page.  Be prepared to send in proof.

 

I have a suspicion that what you're experiencing has something to do with either the charger or battery.

Thank you for your help. Yes I have done that and also purchased a new charger Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S10.
