Versa2 Bluetooth Problems/ music

I have a versa 2, which it's connected to my smartphone (Samsung A5 2017). But I am not able to operate the music app. The watch always says "no smartphone connected" though it is connected via Bluetooth. 

It synchronises and everything else also works.
