Ever since I updated my versa 2 (almost 1 year old, bought directly from Fitbit) my heart rate monitor is completely off. First it jumped 10 points on my resting heart rate with minor changes to my activity level. Now it does not measure my heart rate correctly. I know this because in activity mode I will be dripping sweat and very fatigued and it will say my heart rate is 86... I’m by no means a Marathon runner or a paid athlete so there is no way in heck that it’s 86, I will look ten minutes later while I’m still working out to see if there is a lag in it and it will still say a low number. Previously, before the update, I’d hit 126-146 doing my workouts. Now I don’t even hit a fat burn zone. This is issue is extremely frustrating. These numbers are not accurately showing my heart rate and then messes up caloric count and active minutes.
either let me go back and delete the update and go to the previous version or fit the issue.
Thanks

Also I want to state that I wear my watch correctly and do not get it wet at all.

I’m having the exact same issue!! So frustrating, I would usually smash my target of active minutes during workouts/walks/swimming etc before this update now i’m lucky if i get more than 5-10 minutes above the below zone! Frustrating because I’m still working hard & I can feel that i am dripping in sweat but when i look at the watch i’m still classed as a below zone!

Ugh it sucks. I just got up from a chair and walked to the kitchen and it said my HR was 84... that sounds right but not during a sweaty heart pounding workout!! So frustrated!

I’m glad i’ve found others with the same issue! Hopefully fitbit will take notice 🙈
