Bought hubby a versa 2 and he is not getting detailed Sleep info like I do on my versa2. Tried everything. It worked one day then stopped. Randomly did next week then stopped. Just shows tunes restless and time awake and length of sleep. No oxygenation no detail. It’s on normal. Bluetooth on non dominant wrist. Restarted. How can we fix?
