Versa2 shows heart Zone minutes but not details like max BPM

App is showing Zone minutes but doesn't show heart specific information like average BPM and max BPM.This was working before 2-3 days.

From two days,though heart zone active minutes are 30 and 41 there are no details against those values.Previously there used to be a field for heart rate which shows max ,average.There seems to be an issue with the software.Any ideas?

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Log back in to the Fitbit app

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo notification setup.

Thank you @Guy_ for your suggestion.I tried after clearing the cache but it still doesn't show details.I have uploaded photos to make it clearer kindly have a look.

i checked the WebUI (https://www.fitbit.com/activities/exercise/39136056584) and there I can see all the details that's missing in the app. Anyone else faced this issue
