Got a Versa2 15th of February and using iPad ios10 for app and as of 11th of March it stopped counting daily steps. Removed the Versa 2 from app, and reinstalled. Deleted app from iPad and reinstalled. Every else seems fine and was working well up to 11th March. Unticked steps on watch and reticked. Not sure what to do next.

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:
Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.
