I just received this as a BD gift, and already I notice the Version is 35.75.7.14 when it should be higher to download SPO2 clock face. Im teally frustrated that this is even an issue with a brand new fitbit! Updating should be step 1 when installing this for the first time i have reset, turned off n on. Plugged into my laptop. I'm ready to return this, and go with a smart watch. How do I get this to work with the features its suppised to operate with?
Pretty dissapointed with this gift so far. I have also tried the online chat help and was bounced off 2 x, and can't get through now. Starting to appear that FitBit has become pretty unstable.

Where do you live? Is it region issue or firmware update issue?
When you try to download the face, what the app tells you?

I have the update this morning after speaking to Simon E. Now to get the clock face to download, it seems stuck. I'm in Canada.
