@SiskSiskg - chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help support, Contact Customer support. They may take you through a factory reset to check if it's faulty.
If under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, take it back to the place you brought it for replacement with a new one.

Hi @SiskSiskg - it may need charging if you see nothing
If you see it dim, out of sunlight, try pulling down from the top edge once and then again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and make sure sleep is not enabled because that dims the watch.
