My Versa2 keeps turning off. I’ve only had it since Christmas. I’ve turned it off and back on. I did a factory reset. I don’t have anything extra on it. At random times I can’t even use the touch screen. I never had issues with my Versa so I’m really disappointed with this watch. I rely on this watch to keep me updated with my 5yr olds blood sugars while I’m at work. Please help!!

Hi @Hsears , I will flag your problem to the Moderator Team. One of them will contact you soon via this topic, so keep a close eye on it. Furthermore I would like to advice you also to contact Customer Support since your Versa 2 is still under warranty.
